Burlington Telecom
Advertising: Striking colors and empowering language invited people to exercise their god-given couch-potato rights. Viva la revolution.
Burlington Telecom
Poster Designs: Reinforcing the campaign in the simplest way possible.
Burlington Telecom
Collateral: It was time to turn out the incumbent (Adelphia, et al) and vote in a powerful new option: Burlington Telecom. Collateral supported sales teams and clearly articulated what B.T. and its customers stood for.
Burlington Telecom
Door-to-Door Collateral: This piece was developed specifically to support B.T.’s sales force, who would go door-to-door as the service was rolled out into new neighborhoods. Reinforcing the concept of B.T.’s highly competitive pricing versus the competition – “You’re being robbed.” – this playful piece couldn’t be missed by potential customers when they arrived home.
Burlington Telecom
B-to-B Premium: In a separate effort to support Burlington Telecom’s business-to-business sales, we developed this faux cereal box centered on the idea of the company’s 100% fiber-optic network. With tremendous speed and reliability, B.T. could offer businesses a superior and transformative product. The piece was distributed to C-level executives and key IT personnel, and included a compressed t-shirt inside to help keep our client front-of-mind.
The End
Good night and good luck.

BURLINGTON TELECOM

Before Burlington's city-owned telecom company was mismanaged into the ground by our duly elected officials, we worked with the founding marketing director to carve out a unique brand for the company. At the time, residents were deeply frustrated over their telecom choices and Burlington Telecom represented a fresh, exciting and powerful alternative: It was publicly owned, offered robust technology and was priced at competitive rates. After we developed initial conceptual options, BT embraced the idea of a populist revolution against the status-quo. Ads, posters and other communications featured bold graphics and powerful-yet-playful copy, inviting people to join the revolution.
