Peak
Peak Veterinary logo design and name development: Peak Veterinary is a group of some of the best veterinary specialists in New England. They came to us when they were about to launch their brand-new specialty center in Williston, Vermont, and needed a brand name and mark to give them a solid footing. The logo’s mountain peaks reference the name and the Green Mountain location, while the dog-ear lends it a visual double entendre of a happy and healthy pup.
Toolips
Autumn Harp logo design: Toolips was a line of lip-care products that our Autumn Harp client was bringing to market. Methodikal designed the logo, playfully creating a kiss out of two tulip petals. The color palette also complements the brand’s floral sensibilities.

Middlebury Center for Social Entrepreneurship
Middlebury Center for Social Entrepreneurship logo design:
Blue
Blue logo design: Similar to organizations like Energy Star, LEED and Underwriters Laboratories, Blue is dedicated to improving the quality of oceans and lakes by creating standards and assessments for residential water usage. The logo is designed to begin explaining the organization’s concept; it might be just a drop in the ocean, but every drop ultimately matters.
Blue
Blue logo design concept: When we design a logo, we come up with tons of initial ideas. This mark wound up being one of the finalists and we liked it a lot. The dark blue area forms a protective umbrella over the world’s lakes and oceans.
O'Dalaigh Blacksmith
O’Dalaigh Blacksmith logo design: The branding for O’Dalaigh Blacksmith combines two visual icons of the farrier: the anvil and the horseshoe. Apropos of nothing, Mike’s dad was a mule farrier during World War II, so we were happy to continue the positive horseshoeing vibes.
Madison Writing
Madison Writing logo design: Madison Writing conducts writing seminars for middle school students and their parents. Methodikal’s logo design uses the simple element of No. 2 pencils to convey an academic, hands-on aesthetic. Fortuitously, No. 2 pencils are also easy to turn into an M and a W.
Modern Organics
Autumn Harp logo design and tagline development: A logo design for another line of cosmetics from Autumn Harp. The goal here was to capture the idea of natural simplicity, with spare-but-powerful graphics and an elegant, emotional tagline. Methodikal also did the packaging design for the entire line, including lip balms, lotions and other cosmetics.
Anti-Bac Lip Aid
Autumn Harp logo design: A logo we designed for another line of lip-care products for Autumn Harp. Anti-Bac was clearly aimed at a more germ-o-phobic audience, which leant itself to a first-aid-style graphic approach. Check out the packaging design Methodikal did too.
MBA HealthGroup
MBA HealthGroup logo design: Here’s a brand identity we created for our friends over at MBA HealthGroup. The idea was to come up with a mark that created a sense of energy and movement, with a color palette that would stand out the crowded world of healthcare marketing.
Adhere
AdHere logo design and name development: AdHere is a company that makes branded duct tape, and Methodikal designed the logo and came up with the brand name. It’s a simple and smart solution, and has the added bonus of explaining what the company is all about in approximately 1.5 seconds.
Ski Vermont Farmhouse Chowder
Ski Vermont logo design: We’ve helped Ski Vermont come up with a few brand extensions over the years, which help people develop deeper connections to the state. This logo design for Ski Vermont Farmhouse Chowder takes the typography we originally developed for the Ski Vermont posters and borrows from the barn iconography that people love about the Green Mountains.
Hytrainium
Hytrainium logo design and name development: Hytrainium is a new class of sports-training product that lets swimmers and triathletes track their performance underwater. Methodikal has been involved since the very beginning, including coming up with the company name and branding, and helping to design the product. Head on over to the Hytrainium section to see the whole brand development story.
Cellars at Jasper Hill
Cellars at Jasper Hill logo design: Sometimes in the creative process, the things you find are as important as the things you make from scratch. This logo design for Cellars at Jasper Hill was inspired by an architectural blueprint of their cheese caves, which also has a vaguely turkey-like shape. Follow the link for more of our brand development work for the Cellars.
The End
Bueno.

LOGO DESIGN

Designing a logo for a client is the ultimate blank canvas. It’s the chance to create the face of a company from scratch and give it the personality that will come through every time someone interacts with the brand.

It’s what people see when they walk in your door. When you hand them your business card. When they see your widget on the store shelf. Or when they head for your homepage. It’s hello and goodbye. It’s a firm handshake delivered each and every day.
